1. Applications are invited by the Secretary, Ministry of Defence in Sri Lanka from Foreign Manufactures and Authorized Agents of Manufactures, who wish to register themselves with the Ministry of Defence for the supply of goods for the year 2016.

2. Applications can be downloaded through the following web-site from 31/08/2015 to 16/10/2015.

3. US $ 15 will be charged from the Foreign Suppliers (in the case of unavailability of a Local Agent) for each category.  Foreign suppliers should use the Swift Code to credit the payment to the Bank of Ceylon in Sri Lanka.

The category fees should be paid during the period from 31/08/2015 to 16/10/2015.  The payment made after the closing date  (16/10/205) will not be accepted.

4. Duly completed application forms together with all necessary documents should be sent by register post to the following address on or before 16/10/2015.
