Renewal of Driving License

Duly filled MTA 30/2 Original offline Driving License Application form

Application Form should be obtained from the High Commission – downloaded forms will not be accepted

Payment Details

Payment should be made ONLY in CASH at the counter

Application Fee: SGD 155* (Amount varied)

If the Driving license is renewed after completion of one year penalty of $14/- (per year) will added.

Required Documents

The following original documents with two sets of photocopies should be submitted. Originals will be returned after due verification.

Original Driving Licenses issued by Department of Motor Traffic
Self-explanatory letter for request addressed to the Commissioner (Driving License), Department of Motor Traffic
Original Passport
Singapore NRIC
Original National Identity Card
Medical report

Details of Photos

Three Passport Size B&W Photographs (3.5cm *4.5cm)

(Full front face, both ears visible & without spectacles, the photographs should have been taken within 3 months and it should not be gloss or semi-gloss)
