Payment should be made ONLY in CASH at the counter

Certification of Sri Lankan Passport Copy: SGD 17

The following original documents with one set of photocopies should be submitted. Originals will be returned after due verification.

Sri Lankan Pensioners living in Singapore should present themselves personally at the High Commission in order to obtain Life Certificate or Attestation for Pension Receipt.
Dully completed Pension Receipt
Original Passport
Singapore NRIC
Pensioner’s Original Identity Card issued by the Director, Department of Pensions in Colombo

Copy of Passport & National Identity Card must be certified at the High Commission
